Livin' our Love Song: slackin

sorry to the family. i've been majorly slackin in the picture department. Not in taking them, cuz i take plenty, but finding the time to resize them and post them on here is getting hard! Mason is such a demanding little guy haha! Not much to update on us. Mick will be in the field a lot in the coming months. There will be lots of late nights and early mornings and we've both agreed it would be easier on him to just stay in the barracks on base those nights. It would be pointless for him to drive 30 mins home at midnight or later just to get back up at 4am and go back haha. As far as me, all my friends are leaving! UGH! We went to a going away dinner for my friend Brandy and her husband tonight. They are getting stationed in Camp Pendelton in San Diego, CA! Within the next two months I'll have to say goodbye to 4 other friends.. all going seperate ways. CA, SC, NC and CO. Next to being away from your real family and friends (because obviously no one can replace your homies haha), that is the one of the toughest things about this lifestyle. You make friends that sort of become your family away from home and then every few years you have to say goodbye. My bestie will still be here, thank God!! We are the only ones that will still be here for the next year. haha What would Mason do without his little girlfriend, Claire?! Anyway... here are some super cute pics that have been stacking up :) Mason is finally giving tons of huge smiles and i love it!! His whole face is just one big smile and he giggles!! so cute! His smile brightens up my whole day! I LOVE that lil boy more than I ever thought possible!
